•Sanford, FL Auto Repairs R Us is hiring experienced Automotive Technicians from C-Level through Master Technician , including technicians with strong diesel repair and diagnostic experience . We work on a wide variety of gasoline and diesel vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks. We are looking for technicians who can work efficiently, diagnose problems correctly, and complete quality repairs.

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS THIS IS A REQUIREMENT.

All applicants must have their own professional automotive tools necessary to perform their job. We need technicians who can come in ready to work and handle repairs appropriate to their experience and skill level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Gasoline and diesel engine repair Ford Power Stroke diesel diagnosis and repair Cummins and Duramax diesel repair Complete vehicle diagnostics Check-engine light and drivability diagnostics Electrical diagnosis and repair Engine diagnosis and repair Transmission and drivetrain diagnosis Brakes and rotors Steering and suspension Wheel bearings, ball joints and shocks A/C and HVAC diagnosis and repair Cooling and fuel systems Batteries, starters and alternators Turbocharger diagnosis and repair Diesel fuel system repairs Diesel emissions system diagnosis and repair Preventative maintenance General automotive repairs Test-drive and verify completed repairs

DIESEL EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED

Experience working with heavy-duty diesel pickups is a major plus, including: Ford Power Stroke Ram Cummins Chevrolet/GMC Duramax Diesel fuel systems Turbocharger systems Diesel emissions systems Heavy-duty truck suspension and drivetrain Electrical and drivability diagnostics

REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PROFESSIONAL TOOLS

Professional automotive repair experience required C-Level experience or higher Strong mechanical ability Diagnostic ability appropriate to experience level Ability to work independently Valid driver's license Must be dependable and punctual Must maintain a clean and organized work area Must take pride in quality workmanship Diesel experience strongly preferred ASE certifications are a plus

COMPENSATION

Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Compensation will be based on automotive experience, diesel knowledge, certifications, diagnostic ability, productivity, and overall skill level.
