Our mobile repair experts come to you, performing all maintenance and repairs at your location and around your schedule. All of our technicians are D.O.T. and brake certified and are capable of performing a great number of repairs and services.Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, such as brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, after-treatment systems, lift-gates, tires, etc. Schedule and overlook all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections. Repair/Replace vehicle/ trailer components. Open and Close repair orders on a company-issued device. Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck. Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion.Qualifications:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred. Communication skills Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours including weekends and holidays when needed Valid Driver's License required. Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders which includes adding labor hours, and updating work order statuses 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections. 2 years of experience in truck/ trailer maintenance and repair or equivalent combination of experience and education. Basic computer skills. Must possess proper toolsWHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
High School education or equivalent Certifications are a plus Welding experience CDL, a plusWorking Conditions:
- Working in the outdoors
- Working under extreme weather conditions
- Extreme Heat/Cold /Humidity The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation .
