What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of diesel technicians. Handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs (electrical, aftertreatment, engines). Quality-check jobs and keep workflow on track. Coordinate with service advisors and management on production. Represent Certified Fleet with professionalism and pride.

Pay & Incentives Base Salary:

$80,000 per year ($1,538.46 weekly)

Weekly Bonuses:

$100 per tech that hits 40 hours $250 shop-wide average bonus when team averages 45 hours •

Monthly Bonus:

$1,000 if shop meets KPI target

Earning Potential:
