Key Responsibilities Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles. Perform preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and system checks. Troubleshoot and repair systems including brakes, suspension, drivetrain, HVAC, and electrical components. Conduct fleet inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and DOT compliance standards. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and complete repairs efficiently. Maintain service truck, tools, and equipment in safe and working condition. Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations. Assist with shop or warehouse duties when not on service calls.

Skills / Education

/ Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required). Experience with diesel and/or heavy-duty truck repair preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently in various weather and road conditions. Capable of lifting 50-100 lbs. regularly (more with assistance). Basic computer and mobile app proficiency for work orders and reporting. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.
