Job Description
Key Responsibilities Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles. Perform preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and system checks. Troubleshoot and repair systems including brakes, suspension, drivetrain, HVAC, and electrical components. Conduct fleet inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and DOT compliance standards. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and complete repairs efficiently. Maintain service truck, tools, and equipment in safe and working condition. Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations. Assist with shop or warehouse duties when not on service calls.
