It is based on experience, but ranges from 20.00-25.00 an hour You will not need your own tools, we will have everything you need! Mr. Chips is now hiring a Diesel Mechanic who is experienced to quality, safety and customer service in truck repair and maintenance work. Focus on Factory and Industry Standards, Run Diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. Education/Experience/Capabilities Requirements 2-4+ years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic Repair and replace damaged or worn parts Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment to diagnose defects Test mechanical products and equipment after repairs or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer's specifications Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment Valid CDL license preferred but not required Excellent reading and writing skills ASE Diesel Certification an asset
