WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Trailer Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet.

Responsibilities include:

Performing preventative maintenance and routine servicing Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on trucks and trailers Completing minor and major repairs as needed Running diagnostics and documenting repair work accurately Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborating with teammates to keep equipment operating at peak performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree in Diesel Technology, Automotive Repair, or a related field; or 1-2 years of hands-on mechanical repair experience

Required Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities Experience diagnosing and repairing trucks, trailers, and refrigeration systems Ability to read repair manuals, work orders, and technical instructions Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various shop conditions Valid driver's license required CDL A preferred ASE, DOT, and EPA certifications as required Must provide your own basic tools and safety footwear
