Essential Functions:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair of refrigeration units and auxiliary power units Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all components Positively interface with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion Communicate effectively with customers Maintain a high level of cleanliness Meet and maintain labor efficiency goals Meet requirements for certifications
COMPANY-WIDE EXPECTATIONS
Remain drug and alcohol free while on Company premises and within the scope of duty Understand and comply with all Sanco Enterprises policies and procedures Observe safety and security policies and procedures and use equipment and materials accordingly Duties may be added, deleted, or modified at any time, at the discretion of management, via written, verbal, formal, or informal means

Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs Use computers for web-based training and work order system Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude Possess a clean driving record Pass a DOT approved physical
