About us Ray's Diesel & Automotive Repair is looking to add to our Diesel Technician set. We are located in Nampa, ID on one of the busiest intersections in the state. We are privately owned and pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and employees. We maintain high standards for our shop appearance and quality of employees. We understand that our customers depend on their vehicles to live their lives. Our goal is to diagnose customer vehicles with precision while accurately repairing vehicles in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is a priority and each member of our Team plays a critical role in attaining this goal. Heating & cooling in the shop Daily water, soda, and snacks Lunch on Fridays In an ongoing effort to recruit top talent in the area, Ray's Diesel & Automotive Repair is currently accepting applications for a Diesel Technician. We offer top pay (including monthly profit sharing and efficiency pay). Technicians are paid based on
CLOCK HOURS
  • not book hours.
Hourly pay is negotiable depending on experience, training, and certification. We also offer a $1,000.00 signing bonus. We are a NAPA Gold Certified Truck and Auto Care Service Center with high standards and only hire experienced technicians. We prefer experience in repairs on Ford 6.0, 6.4 and 6.7, Dodge 5.9 and 6.7, and Chevy 6.6 as these are primarily the engines that we work on. Because of the complexity of the repairs we do, this experience needs to be in a repair shop, not just your own vehicle. As mentioned previously, we offer TOP pay for experience & certifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, sick leave, vacation, holiday pay. We also offer a simple IRA (we match up to 3%).
