You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty diesel equipment, including industrial machinery, farm equipment, and commercial vehicles. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet and equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and diverse machinery in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in service. We are also looking for entry level position mechanics to do tires brakes oil changes. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Conduct repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes (including air brake systems), suspensions, hydraulics, and steering components. Fabricate and modify parts using power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and hand tools to meet specific repair needs. Service heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, and other farm machinery to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Execute tire services including mounting, balancing, and replacing tires on various vehicles and equipment. Skills Familiarity with tractor-trailer, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics for electrical systems, hydraulics, suspension components, and powertrains. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic scanners, alignment equipment, and other service tools. Mechanical knowledge of transmissions, air brake systems (including heavy-duty trucks), tire service procedures, and vehicle diagnostics. Experience working with OEM parts and understanding manufacturer specifications for repairs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members. Capable of heavy lifting safely while performing repairs or moving equipment as needed.

Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
