Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and technicians in the maintenance and repair of diesel engines, heavy-duty machinery, and other equipment. Schedule and oversee regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal fleet reliability and performance. Diagnose complex mechanical issues and provide accurate solutions quickly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety guidelines during the handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Manage inventory of parts and supplies, forecast needs, and control budgetary expenditures. Maintain meticulous records of maintenance work, repairs, and schedules. Collaborate with other departments to improve internal processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Required Skills Expert knowledge of diesel engine mechanics and heavy machinery.
