DIESEL MECHANIC - FULL TIME

CAROL STREAM, IL

Trucking company in Carol Stream, IL is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our in-house maintenance team. We operate a modern fleet of Volvo and Freightliner trucks, mostly 2024 and newer . Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Volvo and Freightliner trucks Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services Troubleshoot engine, electrical, brake, ABS and aftertreatment systems Use diagnostic software to identify and repair issues Keep our fleet safe, reliable and DOT compliant Skills Previous experience working on Class 8 diesel trucks Volvo and/or Freightliner experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Reliable and responsible

Pay:

$30.00 - $48.00 per hour
