Williams NationaLease is hiring a Diesel Technician for our 2nd Shift PM Shop in Normal, IL . Your job? Help keep our fleet healthy, road-ready, and making money instead of sitting in a repair bay. Pay & Schedule $20-$32/hour based on experience Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM $2/hour shift differential Saturdays as needed What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers Change oil, filters, and fluids Identify worn or damaged parts Handle minor repairs and component replacements Keep trucks safe, compliant, and ready for the road Prep and clean trucks What We're Looking For Diesel or PM technician experience Tractor-trailer experience is a plus Basic hand tools and toolbox Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Why You'll Like It Here Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance (plus more) 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Tool & boot reimbursement Uniforms provided and laundered Bottom Line We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping trucks on the road and problems in the shop—not the other way around.
