As a Mobile Fleet Maintenance Mechanic , you'll travel to customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle, performing preventative maintenance and light mechanical repairs on commercial trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. What You'll Do As a Mobile Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, you will: Travel to customer fleet locations using a company-provided service vehicle Perform preventive maintenance on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles Conduct oil changes, fluid exchanges, and scheduled maintenance services Perform tire installation, repairs, rotations, and inspections Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs Perform brake inspections and brake repair services Conduct DOT and safety inspections Identify service opportunities and recommend maintenance solutions Build strong customer relationships while providing outstanding service Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately Work independently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For Basic Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age. Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience. Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements. Preferred Experience Mobile Fleet Mechanic Fleet Maintenance Technician Diesel Mechanic Commercial Truck Technician Heavy Duty Mechanic Truck Maintenance Technician Mobile Service Technician Preventive Maintenance Technician Automotive Technician with fleet experience Field Service Technician Qualifications Experience performing maintenance and repair on commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills Preferred But Not Required ASE Certification (Medium/Heavy Truck) Commercial Truck Experience Trailer Repair Experience Trailer Body Repair Experience DOT Inspection Experience Why Join Us?
