Job Description
Williams NationaLease is hiring a Diesel Mechanic for our shop in Michigan City, IN . Your job? Help keep our fleet healthy, road-ready, and making money instead of sitting in a repair bay. Pay & Schedule $20-$35/hour based on experience Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Saturday rotation $2/hour shift differential What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers Change oil, filters, and fluids Identify worn or damaged parts Handle repairs and component replacements Keep trucks safe, compliant, and ready for the road Why You'll Like It Here Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance (plus more) 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Tool & boot reimbursement Uniforms provided and laundered Diesel or PM technician experience Tractor-trailer experience is a plus Basic hand tools and toolbox Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
