What You'll Do As a Diesel Technician, you'll be the backbone of keeping our customers on the road. You will deliver comprehensive diesel repair and maintenance services while ensuring every customer experience is professional and efficient. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues in semi-tractors and trailers. Replace and balance tires according to established procedures. Conduct repairs or replacements for starters, generators, brakes, and universal joints. Complete work orders and communicate service needs effectively with customers. Perform emergency roadside repairs, including tire service. Mentor and train team members to enhance the workforce. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
