Kansas City, KS Pay:
Up to $40.00/hr ($20.00-$40.00/hr by level)

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Diesel, heavy equipment, ag machinery, hy-rail trucks, and Class 8 tractors — if it's got a diesel engine, you'll work on it. We hire at every level, from one year in the field to ten years deep.
We do require:
at least one year of hands-on experience working in the field. Weekly pay, full medical/dental/vision/life insurance, a Company Retirement Plan with company match, PTO, and holiday pay. What you'll do: Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy construction and ag equipment, hy-rail trucks, and Class 8 trucks. Day-to-day work covers preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and everything from basic repairs to advanced diagnostics, depending on your level. How the levels work Level 1 — Entry. $20-25/hr. At least 1 year of hands-on field experience operating or doing basic repairs on medium/heavy-duty equipment (trade school does not count toward this requirement). No tools required. HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, able to pass a background check and drug screen, lift test. Level 2 — Skilled. $25-35/hr. Everything in Level 1, plus 1-2 years more experience, a valid driver's license, a basic tool set, and comfort with diagnostic software and A/C system repair. Level 3 — Senior. $35-40/hr. Everything in Levels 1-2, plus 3-5 years working independently, a full tool set, hydraulic/electrical schematic reading, welding, and direct OEM technical contact.
