Overview Join our dynamic team in Lenexa, KS, as a Semi Trailer & Diesel Mechanic! We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about keeping our fleet in top shape. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of diesel engines and semi-trailer systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. If you enjoy hands-on work and are committed to delivering quality service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on semi-trailers and diesel engines. Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions. Inspect and test vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, and suspension. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in diesel mechanics preferred. Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or similar role. Strong knowledge of diesel engines and semi-trailer systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
