Shop What You'll Do Full-Spectrum Repair:

Bumper-to-bumper work across all makes (Ford, Chevy, Peterbilt) and sizes.

Diagnostics:

Use tools (Mitchell 1, ShopKey) to trace electrical, DEF, and engine codes.

Systems Work:

Brakes, A/C, electrical, and hydraulics. (No transmission rebuilds; we replace with new/rebuilt).

Job Tracking:

Log hours/parts accurately for customer billing.

What We Need Commercial Shop Experience:

Proven ability to document work and track billable hours. (Home garage or single-fleet experience alone will not convert).

Versatility & Troubleshooting:

Diagnostic skills across gas/diesel platforms and light-to-heavy vehicles.

Bonus Points:

Hydraulics/electrical mastery, crane or Hy-Rail repair experience, Class A/B CDL.
