This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service skills. Duties Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on diesel engines and related systems. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tractor-trailers, including hydraulic systems and HVAC components. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during repair processes. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in diesel engine repair, with a focus on tractor-trailer systems. Knowledge of hydraulics, automotive diagnostics, HVAC systems, and crane operations is preferred. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to diesel technology are a plus.
