About Us This role is for a dependable, hands‑on mechanic with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn. Position Overview Responsible for performing routine maintenance, part replacements, and basic repairs on diesel trucks and trailers. This role focuses on mechanical work, not diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and scheduled PM services Replace gaskets, hoses, belts, filters, and other engine components Conduct brake jobs on trucks and trailers Perform basic hydraulic repairs and maintenance Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, and safety issues Complete work orders accurately and maintain a clean work area Support senior mechanics as needed on larger repairs Qualifications Basic diesel or automotive mechanic experience required Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Understanding of PM schedules and standard maintenance procedures Hydraulic experience a plus.
