Job Description
Mirra is looking for an in-house mechanic to asset in repairs and preventative maintenance of commercial motor vehicles, passenger vehicles, and heavy equipment. This position is full time, Monday- Friday with overtime opportunities. The mechanic will report to our shop in Georgetown, MA and will report to Mirra's fleet manager. Mirra takes pride in our top notch and growing fleet.

Responsibilities Include:
- Services and oversees repairs of all types of equipment and commercial motor vehicles (CMV).
- Conducts preventive maintenance on the fleet
- Performs safety inspections on equipment and CMV
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Adheres to all Federal, State and Manufacturer safety requirements.
- Performs other duties assigned by fleet manager.
Qualifications Include:
- Experience as mechanic; vehicle maintenance, heavy equipment, diesel engines, electronics systems, and hydraulics.
- Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot complex equipment problems.
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- OSHA 10 preferred
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card and Hydraulic and Hoist license (MA)
