Hiring Immediately! Overtime Eligible Annual boot allowance Earn quarterly safety bonus Paid training Stable industry, year round employment Weekly pay! ​​ Nauset Disposal has an opening for a Diesel Mechanic join our GROWING team at our site in South Yarmouth, MA.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 10:00pm to 8:30pm & Saturday's as needed.
Pay Rate:
$26.00 to $36.00 per hour Why Choose Us? As a mechanic with us the minimum responsibilities are: Assists experienced mechanics with vehicle maintenance and repairs, learning the trade under supervision. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trucks and equipment Conduct oil changes , filter replacements, tire rotations, and lubrication Assist with brakes inspections, fluid levels, belts, hoses, and other key components Identify potential issues and report necessary repairs to the lead mechanic Maintain accurate service records and reports Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with safety regulations Assist with minor repairs and support the mechanic team as needed What we need from you: Mechanical aptitude, a drive to learn and grow with a team.
