• Wakefield, MA RJ Hallisey Truck Repair specializes in servicing light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, and we are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable mechanic who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of diesel vehicles and equipment.

We are looking for:

experienced diesel mechanic mid-level diesel mechanic Our shop services commercial trucks and heavy-duty equipment, and we are looking for mechanics who are confident diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

Full-time and part-time positions available Monday-Friday Saturdays available for extra hours Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks Perform engine, brake, suspension, hydraulic, and electrical repairs Complete preventative maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Work independently and alongside other mechanics Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

2-3 years of mechanic or diesel repair experience Experience in diesel or commercial truck repair Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced repair shop Reliable, hardworking, and motivated CDL preferred but not required Reliable transportation and strong work ethic We are looking for dependable mechanics who take pride in their work and want to be part of a solid team environment.
