Diesel Truck Mechanic Job Type:

1st Shift Martin Transportation Systems (MTS) is looking for skilled and motivated Diesel Truck & Trailer Mechanics to join our team. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Class 8 tractors Perform maintenance on our modern fleet of Freightliner tractors Perform maintenance and repairs on our fleet of trailers Complete trailer repairs, servicing, and welding Utilize Class 8 diagnostic software and equipment Perform light computer work to document repairs and maintenance Maintain a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanic Minimum 1 year of diesel mechanic experience Experience using Class 8 diagnostic tools Ability to diagnose and repair diesel trucks and trailers Basic welding experience is a plus Must provide your own basic mechanic tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Pay Competitive pay based on experience Outstanding Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with a 25% company match (eligible after 6 months) Vacation starting on your date of hire Paid Holidays Free Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Boot & Tool Reimbursement Safe, clean work environment If you're ready to build your future with a company that values its employees, apply today and become part of the Martin Transportation Systems team!
