ALTL, Inc. is a family-owned trucking company with over 50 years of success, and we're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving mechanical challenges, and want to work in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty tractors and trailers using computer diagnostics. Perform electrical, engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and tire repairs. Complete preventive maintenance inspections to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Move equipment safely in and out of the maintenance facility. Accurately document repairs using a computerized maintenance system (TMS experience is a plus). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. What We're Looking For Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus, but not required. Why ALTL? $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
