Job Description

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Location:

Livonia, MI (On-site)

Job Type:

Full-Time | Direct Hire Key Highlights Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy construction equipment, trucks, and diesel machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Use OEM diagnostic tools to identify and repair equipment issues. Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics . Perform welding repairs and support general shop maintenance. Ensure equipment reliability while minimizing downtime. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or Construction Equipment Mechanic . Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems . Experience with OEM diagnostic software/equipment preferred. Welding experience is a plus. Valid driver's license. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$35.00 - $38.00 per hour
