Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing diesel engines, with experience in various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Full and part-time available. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems. Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Repair or replace components such as shocks, struts, and HVAC systems as needed. Perform assembly and disassembly of various machinery parts. Work on hydraulics and heavy equipment operation to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Skills Strong understanding of hydraulics systems and their operation. Ability to transmit technical information clearly to customers and team members. Experience in digging into mechanical issues to find root causes of problems. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on approach to repairs. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, enhancing communication with clients.
