This is a hands-on lead position for a strong diesel mechanic who can handle advanced diagnostics and repairs while helping lead and support other technicians. What We Offer $35
  • 45/hr , based on experience Overtime available Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Tool allowance and uniforms provided Stable, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Perform hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Lead and provide technical support to other diesel mechanics Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, brake, suspension, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair DEF, DPF, EGR, SCR, and aftertreatment systems Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and fleet repairs Use diagnostic software and scan tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues Help prioritize repairs and keep shop work moving efficiently Review completed repairs and maintain accurate service documentation Qualifications 5+ years of diesel mechanic / diesel technician experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, and aftertreatment Previous lead, senior technician, or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed Must have own basic tools If you're an experienced diesel mechanic looking for lead-level pay, steady overtime, excellent benefits, and a stable long-term opportunity , apply today.
