- 45/hr , based on experience Overtime available Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Tool allowance and uniforms provided Stable, year-round work Opportunities for advancement What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles Repair electrical, hydraulic, air brake, suspension, and mechanical systems Diagnose and service DEF, DPF, EGR, SCR, and aftertreatment systems Perform advanced diagnostics using scan tools and diagnostic software Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and fleet repairs Identify problems and complete repairs efficiently and accurately Assist and provide technical guidance to other mechanics when needed Help prioritize repairs and maintain shop quality standards Complete repair orders and service documentation What We're Looking For 5+ years of diesel mechanic / diesel technician experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, and aftertreatment Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently Senior, lead, or mentoring experience preferred Must have own basic tools Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed If you're an experienced Diesel Mechanic or Diesel Technician looking for $35•45/hr, overtime, excellent benefits, and long-term stability , apply today.
