What You'll Do Diesel Fleet Mechanic will stay ahead of issues by following and managing a preventative maintenance schedule Perform annual truck and trailer inspections with confidence Diesel Fleet Mechanic will tackle everyday repairs like wiring, lighting, and tire replacements Diagnose and fix issues reported by drivers and identified during inspections Handle hands-on repairs including brakes, suspension, and other key systems Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Receive and track parts inventory to keep the shop running smoothly Communicate clearly with the operations team about equipment status and repair timelines What You Bring 2+ years of experience in automotive or heavy truck repair Trailer repair and Mechanic experience Solid understanding of DOT regulations Strong communication skills—both in the shop and on paper Your own tools and the know-how to use them effectively Why You'll Like It Here Heated garage in the winter—because no one likes freezing while turning a wrench Steady, hands-on work with a reliable fleet A team that values skill, accountability, and getting the job done right If you're ready to put your experience to work in a shop that runs on teamwork and craftsmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
