Compensation Package:

Essential duties include but aren't limited to: Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles Perform diesel engine diagnostics and repairs Repair electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC and emissions systems Complete repairs according to Mercedes-Benz standards Maintain accurate repair documentation Work efficiently while producing high quality repairs Support fleet and commercial customers with timely service

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years + of diesel mechanic experience preferred Mercedes-Benz Sprinter experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of diesel engine components, including fuel systems, electrical systems, and emissions control systems Ability to diagnose electrical and CAN-BUS related concerns Experience with tire service, soldering, welding, and heavy lifting is preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

License/Certification:

ASE Certifications are a plus

Ideal Candidate:

we are looking for an experienced diesel technician who wants to expand into the Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter market or an existing Sprinter technician looking for a long-term career opportunity. Experience with freightliner, Ford, GM, RAM, commercial fleets, heavy-duty trucks or diesel powertrains is highly desigrable.
