We operate over 600 pieces of commercial equipment across various sectors. About the Position We are looking for a dependable Heavy Diesel Lubrication Technician to join our maintenance team on the afternoon shift. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, lubrication services, inspections, and basic repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate has experience working around heavy-duty diesel equipment, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently in a fast-paced fleet maintenance environment. Responsibilities Perform PM services and scheduled maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers Grease chassis, suspension, steering, driveline, fifth wheels, and other lubrication points Perform oil and filter changes Inspect vehicles for leaks, worn components, damaged parts, and safety concerns Check and service fluid levels Perform DOT and general safety inspections Inspect brakes, tires, wheel ends, suspension, steering, and air systems Replace basic wear items and perform minor repairs as needed Maintain accurate service and repair records Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized Identify additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings to the lead technician or supervisor Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards Qualifications Previous experience working on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or diesel equipment preferred Basic knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections Must be able to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus Previous fleet maintenance experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle heavy parts and equipment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work underneath vehicles for extended periods Ability to work in a shop environment and around heavy equipment Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, jacks, lifts, and other shop equipment What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Afternoon shift schedule 12PM-10PM Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime Consistent fleet maintenance work Opportunity to develop your heavy-duty diesel repair skills Supportive shop environment If you're an experienced lube technician who takes pride in keeping heavy-duty equipment safe, reliable, and on the road, we'd like to hear from you.
