We are looking for an experienced diesel mechanic to serve as the afternoon shift supervisor. Job Description We're looking for experienced diesel mechanics to help maintain a fleet of heavy trucks and dump trailers that haul sand and gravel locally. Also hiring for tire tech and PM tech positions. Mid Shift Pay based on experience Responsibilities Accurately diagnose truck issues and efficiently perform repairs Perform routine vehicle maintenance Perform diesel engine and dump trailer repairs Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the drivers Set deadlines and ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner Maintain a safe and clean work environment Maintain open and timely communication Qualifications Must have great work ethic and reliable attendance 5+ years of experience with heavy trucks preferred Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be comfortable with shifting priorities Proven problem solving skill and strong communication skills
