Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated diesel technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related systems. This role involves working on mainly medium/ heavy duty diesel trucks. Responsibilities Correctly diagnose and repair diesel engines in a quick and efficient manner. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on trucks. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a diesel technician working with heavy duty diesel engines. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to do various types of repairs. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must have own tools. A valid driver's license is required, CDL license preferred. Pay is based on experience. We offer paid vacation and holidays. Health insurance is available after probation period. Hours are Monday-Friday, no weekends.
