We're looking for experienced Diesel Technicians who are ready to earn more, grow their careers, and work alongside a team that values their skills.

Meet our leadership team Tour our facility Learn about our performance-based pay Interview on-site Explore career advancement opportunities What You'll Do Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Accurately document work performed Work closely with service advisors and leadership to deliver quality service Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Diesel technician experience (all experience levels are encouraged to apply) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Personal tools required (tool assistance available for select positions) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation Performance-Based Pay:

$32•45 per hour

Average Technician Earnings:

$85,000•100,000+ annually Top Shop Technician earned $135,329 in 2025 90-Day Performance Guarantee (contingent upon acceptance of an offer)

Typical Annual Earnings:
