EXPERIENCED

Master/A-Level Automotive & Diesel Technician who wants to work with others at the same professional level and can provide high-quality diagnostics and repairs. We want the technician that other technicians come to when they can't figure something out. Someone who can diagnose instead of guess , take pride in their work, and fix vehicles right the first time. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and get vehicles diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road as efficiently as possible. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that are designed to create an environment that is organized, efficient, and free from unnecessary chaos and drama. We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to be the technician everyone depends on, but your pay, support, or opportunity doesn't reflect your ability. Our goal is to give great technicians the support they need with Service Advisors, Parts Management, Quality Control, training, and proven processes so technicians can focus on what they do best: Diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair continues to grow, and we need another high-level technician to help us keep up with demand. Pay will vary based on ability, experience, and production, but the right Master/A-Level Technician has the opportunity to earn $175K+ per year. If you produce at a high level, you should be paid at a high level. We fully understand that the person we are looking for likely already has a job. If you are reading this and you do not feel like you are respected, treated fairly, appreciated, or paid according to your ability at your current shop, we need to talk. #hc264004
