A/B Level Diesel Technician
Job Description
Agate Contracting Corp is seeking an experienced and reliable A or B Level Diesel Technician to join their team! This position reports directly to the Mechanic Foreman and is 100% onsite in Tuckahoe, New Jersey.
This Position Offers:
Full-time, year-round position averaging 50 hours per week Monday through Friday daytime hours. Maintain shop in safe, orderly condition. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment. Update and maintain vehicle maintenance log. Order and receive parts and supplies. Operate and maintain a company service truck to provide field support for drivers, including emergency roadside assistance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting equipment Perform additional assignments as directed.Qualifications:
At least 3 years of Truck/Heavy Equipment experience required A-Level or B-Level Technician experience preferred, with the ability and willingness to perform road calls on tri-axle dump trucks and tractor-trailers. Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record Must be able to lift/and or move up to 50 pounds occasionally Must possess a valid medical card or be able to obtain one before operating a company service truck.Conditions of Employment:
Successful candidates must submit to a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and motor vehicle report.Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:
