Job Description
Position Summary The Mechanic Helper is responsible for supporting mechanic technicians and shop leadership in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing company vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment. This role assists with routine fluid changes, component inspections, preventative maintenance, tool tracking, and general shop organization. Additionally, this position utilizes bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills to coordinate service needs with drivers, shop technicians, and supervisors. Overall, this role ensures operational readiness of company assets, maintains a safe shop environment, and supports fleet reliability across departments.
