Full Job Description About Star Nursery:

Mobile Diesel Mechanic Requirements:
Have a valid NV driver's license (Class A CDL is a plus) No current driving record suspension or revocation Complete a Pre-employment drug screening Pass a Pre-employment background check Have reliable personal transportation Ability to lift, push and/or pull at least 50 lbs. Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, bend, kneel and/or climb. Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions Ability to read job orders, diagnose vehicles and determine malfunctions and plan work procedures. We are looking for a skilled, dependable and hard-working mechanic with at least 2 years of the following experience: Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Engine repairs Brakes Cooling system ABS system Electrical Drive-train repair and replacement Tire service and repair HVAC System Hydraulic system Tarp assembly Installation and Diagnostic of ELD devices Test drive equipment (based on having a CDL license) Skills Preferred Safety Compliance DOT Inspections Fabricating / Welding Preventative Maintenance Tire Service Skill Reliability/ Dependability Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
