hour training certification. Must pass pre employment drug and alcohol test. Roles & Responsibilities • The ideal candidate for this position will have responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and tracking of our company's fleet. They will be organize, motivated, and able to work with the office and field staff. Help us create and manage fleet tracking related to maintenance and repair history and tracking. Proactively work on equipment to keep it from full breakdown. Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including but not limited to excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc. Diagnose and repair tractor trucks and pickups including tractors, water trucks, dump trucks, and pickups. Keep records of equipment hours, service intervals, and completed work Source parts for repairs and maintenance Maintenance work will be done both in the shop and in the field as needed. Having your own truck and tools a plus, you would be compensated additionally for those if provided by the applicant. Open to discussion on this. This position may also offer opportunities to operate heavy equipment or drive trucks when maintenance is slow.
