E ntry Level Heavy Equipment Rental Mechanic If you're mechanically experienced on cars, hd trucks, power sports AND are passionate about mechanics, eager to learn, and ready to make a difference, this is the perfect role for you! We're seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals for the role of Entry Level Diesel Mechanic —This is an AWESOME opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a dynamic environment! In this entry-level position, you'll gain hands-on experience working with a variety of machinery, from heavy equipment to a wide variety of rental equipment, while supporting maintenance and repair operations on the rental fleet of equipment. Mechanic experience but no prior diesel experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Duties Assist senior level mechanics with diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, hydraulics, and other mechanical systems on heavy equipment and rental equipment. Perform general equipment repair and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of industrial machinery Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate lifting equipment while adhering to safety protocols Check in/out and inspect rental equipment Customer service Skills Prior dealership or heavy equipment service technician experience is not required ; we welcome candidates eager to learn! Mechanical experience related to automotive , heavy duty trucks, power sports is needed, however diesel experience is not Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic fabrication techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients Ability to follow instructions accurately and display the willingness to learn Willingness to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions Basic hand tools ARE REQUIRED- Join us today and become part of a team that values your growth!
