Job Description
Heavy Diesel Mechanic Seeking experienced diesel mechanic for both on and off highway construction vehicles Diesel Mechanic Requirements General knowledge of truck diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance but not limited to diesel engine, transmission, air brake, suspension, hydraulics and electrical systems. Knowledgeable in computer aided truck diagnostics. Ability to work as a team to accomplish tasks. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and management. Specific prior in-industry experience is not required but is a plus; we will provide training for the specific platforms. The ability to perform heavy lifting and physical activity in all weather conditions. Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities Repair all equipment to DOT standards. Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled. Keep a neat, safe and clean work area. Follow all safety standards as per company polices and OSHA regulations. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
