Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated servers to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of fine dining etiquette
- Basic food preparation knowledge
- Proficiency in handling food safely and hygienically
