Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic to support our shop operations and ensure our vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles Conduct routine services: oil changes, filters, brakes, tires, fluids, batteries, lights, etc. Maintain accurate PM logs, service records, and inspection documentation Communicate vehicle status and repair needs with the head mechanic and fleet management team Follow all company safety standards and federal regulations Support shop cleanliness, organization, and inventory control Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or community college courses in automotive technology or related fields is preferred 2+ years' experience performing preventative maintenance on commercial trucks or heavy-duty vehicles Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and truck components Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required Maintain a drug-free lifestyle (BBD complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act)
