This is a full-time, in-shop role: 40 hours a week, 10-hour days, 4 days a week, no weekend shifts.

Pay is $25-$38 an hour based on experience, plus bonus eligibility. We take on hard jobs other shops turn down, and we do them right the first time.

Job details $25-$38 an hour, depending on experience Full-time, 40 hours per week 10-hour shifts 4-day workweek No weekends In-person shop work Family and home come first Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Class 5-10 commercial diesel trucks Work on diesel engines, HVAC, pneumatics, electronics, and hydraulic systems Troubleshoot tough problems using shop software, manuals, and diagnostic tools Complete repairs correctly the first time instead of rushing incomplete work Follow safety procedures and use provided safety equipment Be honest when a mistake happens and help get the job back on track Keep learning as new trucks, systems, and problems come through the shop Required qualifications At least 3 years of shop or field diesel experience, or completion of a diesel technology vocational/technical program Working knowledge of diesel engines, HVAC, air systems, electronics, and hydraulics Your own basic diesel tool set Ability to work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule Willingness to work as part of a small shop team Preferred qualifications Experience with Class 5-10 commercial trucks Experience diagnosing electrical and aftertreatment issues Comfort working independently on difficult repairs What we provide Larger air tools and specialty tools Diagnostic software, electronic manuals, and overhead cranes Shop hands to help with heavy and time-consuming work Daily uniforms Safety equipment Benefits Health insurance Accident insurance Dental insurance (optional) Vision insurance (optional) Life insurance (optional) Paid time off after the trial period Bonus eligibility Bring your own basic diesel tool set.
