We are looking for a dependable diesel mechanic to work alongside our lead mechanic and help maintain and repair our fleet of semi trucks, semi trailers and other equipment.

Responsibilities include:

Assist lead mechanic with diesel engine repairs and maintenance Perform oil changes, filters, brakes, tires, and routine services Perform maintenance and repairs on semi trailers, including brakes, wheel ends, lights, wiring, air systems, suspension, and other trailer components Help diagnose mechanical and electrical problems Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers Perform some automotive repair and maintenance on cars and light-duty vehicles Assist with tires, batteries, brakes, electrical issues, and general repairs Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized Help keep trucks, trailers, and vehicles safe and ready for the road Move and road-test trucks and trailers as needed

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn Diesel, semi-truck, trailer, or automotive experience preferred Dependable and able to work well with the lead mechanic Good work ethic and attention to detail Safety-minded and willing to learn Must have a valid driver's license
