Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and light to moderate diesel repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and determine appropriate repairs Complete truck and trailer repairs based on work orders, reported concerns, and diagnostic findings Shop Technicians will support day-to-day fleet maintenance and repairs in a shop environment Diagnostic Technicians will handle diagnostics and troubleshooting and provide local mobile maintenance, repairs, and technical support as needed Complete repairs efficiently, communicate equipment concerns clearly, and help minimize fleet downtime

Requirements Required:

2+ years of hands-on diesel repair and maintenance experience Diesel technician training or equivalent practical experience Experience maintaining and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers Working knowledge of diesel, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repairs Must own a toolbox and the personal tools required for the role Valid driver's license, strong communication skills, safe work habits, and a self-motivated approach

$32.00-$36.00/hour starting pay based on experience and certifications Weekly pay Company-provided uniforms
