Key responsibilities & Requirements Perform repairs and maintenance on gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, and electrical systems (diesel experience a plus!) Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions on company vehicles and equipment Conduct hydraulic system repairs, fabricate hydraulic hoses, and handle tire changes, welding, and PTO equipment repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure DOT and company compliance 2+ years of experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance, or completion of a technical school program in auto/diesel mechanics ASE A/C Recovery Certification (or willingness to obtain) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage options HSA with company match 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement
