  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using automotive diagnostic tools
  • Inspect, test, and align components to ensure proper functioning
  • Assemble and disassemble engines and other machinery parts
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
  • Proficient in using power tools and automotive diagnostic equipment
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes
  • Experience working with Caterpillar equipment is a plus
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment for testing and maintenance purposes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks This position requires a skilled Diesel Mechanic who can effectively diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with power tools, performing automotive diagnostics, and interpreting schematics. Cummins, Duramax, and Power stroke knowledge preferred. The ability to operate heavy machinery is necessary for testing and maintenance purposes. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks are essential for success in this role.
