We're seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic who shares our dedication to quality work and customer service. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain Class 4-8 fleet vehicles (gas and diesel), ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and Perform repairs on diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more. Diagnose issues using advanced tools and your technical expertise. Provide clear, friendly communication to customers about repairs and timelines. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and qualify for monthly performance bonuses. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to all safety protocols. Grow as you gain more experience both professionally and personally. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience repairing diesel engines (variety of fleet/light

• medium, heavy
• duty vehicles preferred). Gas experience is a nice to have. Roadside experience a plus. Your own tools
• minimum $30,000 in tools.

We provide the shop, equipment, software, and support. Reliable , punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Experience with Cummins Insite, Detroit Datalink, Davie, and JPro software. Excellent customer service skills. A Team player with the ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely to provide the best service. Valid driver's license; CDL or ASE certifications are a plus .
